So tasty, good for you, filling and EASY. Cut up your favorite vegies. I used: yellow and orange peppers, red onion, green onion for color (plus I love green onions).

On cookie sheet: Spritz nonstick on parchment paper, bake 350 for 40min, last 20min (I like brown edges) put on broil, and enjoy! Great leftovers too.
