I love omelets for any meal, and this one is very healthful, flavorful and has no added fat.
Ingredients:
Butterball low sodium turkey bacon, Egg Beaters, Green onion, non stick spray.
Even though my pan is non stick, I use a spritz of Pam and toss in the green onion chopped then the turkey bacon. I wait for them to brown to my liking, then pour in the amount of Egg Beaters I want, and let it simmer; flip, and serve. NO ADDED fat or salt needed. This is VERY diet friendly, blood sugar friendly, and filling.
