You can purchase these from the pharmacy at your local grocery store or drug store. They are not expensive. They ARE accurate and very easy to use. I think they are more gentle and faster then any reading I get from the doctors office! I’m not a fan of the squeeze part; yet this is one of the best preventative things you can do for yourself and loved ones. Makes a great gift for health and wellness. This model was twenty bucks.
