I do like my pork chops, thick and thin. Once past Attack phase, I indulge in these, and cut off any visible fat. I sprinkle with my new addiction, Grill Mates by McCormick “Montreal Steak”.
I grilled asparagus and peppers and broccoli, and voila. Nice full plate of food. No hunger pangs for me eating without counting calories.
