Love this snack; unlimited okay to eat, and great substitute for potato chips. My family loves these and it’s zucchini!

1) parchment on cookie sheet, spray with pam
2) lay out single layer zucchini – two small ones fills this pan and makes maybe a cup or so.
3) lightly sprinkle slices with sea salt and spray with pam
4) bake on 225 for 90 min to 2 hours, depending how thick slices, and crunch preference. THEY SHRINK ALOT SO EASY ON SALT.

NUM. love.
Im trying this with red onions tonight.. we shall see.
